The Principles of Crossroads Pavement Maintenance are Rick Alessio who has been hands on in the industry from 1982 – Present and acting COO and CEO in the Paving Industry involved in all aspects of Project Managing and Estimating. M. Cifelli of Cifelli & Son General Construction Inc. Specializing in all types of Concrete work, Masonry and Drainage. And Peter Franco with a wealth of business and Property Management experience who has been and is directly involved in various businesses including Supermarkets, Commercial and Residential Real estate and Construction. The Managing Members of CrossRoads Pavement Maintenance LLC have numerous references and project experience in Various types of Construction in both Public and Private sectors. Additionally the working crews of Crossroads also have a wealth of experience in Road Construction Paving and Concrete.
The managing members have had direct handling of all aspects of the Business for over 25 years and have executed Paving and Related Contracts for well over $50,000,000 the past 5 years.
CERTIFICATIONS
Our work force is highly experienced and have had OSHA training in various aspects of job site safety. We have a full time Certified Asphalt Technologist on staff. Crossroads Pavement Maintenance is classified with the School Development Authority and The New Jersey Treasury Division of Property Management and Construction. We are Registered with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development carrying a New Jersey State Business Registration. We are fully Bonded and Insured.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
We work with various Pavement and Concrete Mix Designs that require special Installation and Finishing Techniques. Particularly with the New Types of Bituminous Super Pave Mix Designs. We work with various testing agencies to determine existing Sub-base and Pavement conditions allowing us to better advise or clients in working up a specification that will serve them best.
